This home already included an attached 2-car garage. However, the clients wanted to gain extra space and a place to house their vintage car. At the same time, they took the opportunity to add an additional storage room and a ‘garden room’ with extra windows and ample light to overwinter favorite tender potted plants.

For this client, we did a complete tear-out and remodel of a downstairs bathroom. The goal for this client was two-fold: a novel and efficient space for care of pets and mud room for the garden, along with a handicap accessible bathroom with cabinetry and sink that could double as an efficiency kitchen.
